Pay: base salary to be $100,000, additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions may available per position.

**The Role**

The Regional Sales Manager will have overall responsibility for providing leadership and vision to their assigned TricorBraun locations. The Regional Sales Manager will instill an accountable sales culture to a distributed sales force, optimally manage field service operations, manage the P&L, and explore innovative revenue streams to grow and expand the business.

Essential Functions:

* Direct and manage local sales teams in developing beneficial relationships with clients and other business influencers integral to successful market penetration.

* Cultivate strong personal relationships with key industry personnel including and ensure all sales staff do the same.

* Develop, manage, and nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals.

* Collaborate with the executive team to develop short- and long-term strategic plans, including the preparation of annual business plans.

Specific knowledge, skills and abilities:

* Extensive knowledge of the packaging industry and community within the assigned area.

* Strong computer skills and experience including MS Office.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills required

* Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.

* Requires a Bachelors degree and five to seven years of experience in sales management with at least five years of supervisory experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
