It is recommended that all applicants have at least 1 year of courtroom experience. You should be self-motivated, pride yourself on being a great communicator, and able to interact with staff and clients professionally and ethically while producing outstanding results. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1 years of court room and trial experience, GA BAR License

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative resolution methods.

· Provide counsel on litigation matters.

· Legal research, writing, and editing skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills. Will be required to communicate with clients by email, in person, and by phone.

Salary: $80,000- $120,000 bonus incentives
