We are currently searching for a Janitor to be based out of Atlanta, GA. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this person will be responsible for ensuring that all floors and offices are clean and trash is removed on schedule.

Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors

Clean buildings by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces

Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request

Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris

Notify building management of any repairs required

Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Qualifications include:

* High School Diploma or GED preferred

* Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning

* Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours

* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team

* Excellent organizational skills a must

* Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
