Usa Cabinet Store with two locations in Alpharetta serving to Metro Atlanta, looking for a motivated Kitchen and Bath Designer. This position will work closely with the project manager. Primary responsibility of this position is both kitchen and bath design, and sales.
Other key responsibilities of this position include:

-Answer all incoming phone calls
-Maintain the showroom
-Greet and consult with walk-in customers. Educate the customer on what we do and the kitchen/bath products we offer.
-Follow-up on new customer contact requests
-Work with the project manager on client projects. Price projects and create proposals.
-Confirm countertop template and install dates with vendors and clients on current projects.
-Communicate with customers and the project manager during project installation.
-Research and implement marketing practices to build relationships with contractors and residential customers to further customer base.
-Troubleshoot when necessary
-Other duties as assigned like managing internet / social media for leads

Skilled Needed:
- Strong customer relations
- Kitchen Cabinet Design and Sales experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask well
- Solid written & oral communication
- Kitchen/bath remodeling experience
- Kitchen/bath software experience preferred (like 2020 or ProKitchen)
- Kitchen/bath design experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is an advantage
