Robert Half is Hiring a Community Manager Near Atlanta, GA

Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing exceptional experiences as a creative and driven Social Media and Community Manager to join our marketing team. This role is integral in shaping and executing our social media strategies, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and engaging across all platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create and maintain a comprehensive content strategy and calendar.
  • Lead the creation of social content, including ideation, asset organization, design, shooting, copywriting, editing, and exporting assets for all channels.
  • Engage in social listening on message boards and industry group pages to understand customer questions and pain points.
  • Manage all e-newsletters, ensuring that distribution lists are always up-to-date.
  • Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across social and digital platforms, including monitoring, tracking, and optimization.
  • Address PR needs as they arise, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis from a digital marketing standpoint.
  • Monitor feedback and online reviews, and respond to comments and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that brand consistency is maintained across all platforms.
  • Foster relationships with sales and development teams to stay informed about new products and features.
  • Build connections with external industry professionals and journalists to enhance our brand presence within the community.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital technology and social media trends.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a community or social media manager for a brand or marketing agency; B2B experience is a plus.
  • Superior written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using creative platforms/suites for content development (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, particularly in audience building and ad-buying.
  • Proficient in using Mailchimp for writing and constructing newsletters.
  • Capable of interpreting website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Knowledgeable about social media best practices and brand etiquette.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with the event ticketing industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, community management, or a related role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
