H4ME is Hiring an Executive Coordinator Near Arlington, VA

Job Summary:

We’re looking for an Executive Coordinator to support the operations of the company. The company’s work is concentrated among a very few talented individuals, so this role is very important and essential. This role will coordinate a lot of important operational and strategic tasks among the other executives of the company. The right candidate must be a person who can get things done; a person who is a fast learner and cares deeply about the quality of their work. Having a deep understanding of social media platforms is very important.

The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO to coordinate among all the moving parts in multiple different businesses and operations.
  • Maintain several calendars for multiple businesses and their milestones.
  • Make sure the tasks on the agenda are getting done timely.
  • Be the master coordinator among all the moving parts and different companies and activities.
  • Help with the sales effort of the various companies.
  • Social media content management and engagement.
  • Help manage all the social media aspects of various companies, from products, to construction, and investors relations.
  • Help with the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences.
  • Prioritize and stay with the tasks until they are executed.

The Ideal Candidate Is

  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in a fast-paced environment, with multitasking capabilities.
  • A student and user of many social media platforms, and prior work with such algorithms.
  • Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas. While executing the current ones.
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm.
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude.

Skillset And Background

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional understanding and experience with social media and content management.
