The Ford Agency is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the successful and team-oriented membership department of a growing association. The Membership Associate will build relationships with an elite group of directors and C-Suite executives, support membership initiatives and provide excellent service to its valued members.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build strong relationships with board members and C-Suite executives
• Communicate regularly with members; informing them of benefits, daily activities, and answer their inquiries
• Oversee the process for new member applications and renewals
• Collaborate with team members to create strategies for engagement and retention
• Identify trends to drive utilization and tailored support to members
• Ensure revenue growth and track progress against goals

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years professional experience with sales, client management, customer service, fundraising or communications
• CRM, Salesforce, or data management experience highly preferred
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time-management
