Hours - 6pm-6:15am - 7 days on/7 days off Thurs-Wed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must know and observe all safety, quality and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Wash and stack pallets and combos
• Keep MDM room clean and free of debris
• Break down and stack cardboard
• Separate plastic, cardboard and pallets
• Keep MDM room floors and walls clean
• Assist the MDM Tech during periods of down time and major sanitation.
• Be familiar with all functions of the MDM process to ensure that all safety regulations and devices are adhered to and used properly.
• Maintain good communications and working relationship with team members
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a verifiable high school diploma or GED
• Pass drug testing, physical and background check
• Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing environment, food safety experience preferred
• Stable job history including acceptable attendance
• Must be able to learn a good working knowledge of FITCO processes.
• Must be willing to receive training in Quality, Safety, HACCP, BRC and GMP's.
• Must be willing and able to be forklift certified. Past experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work weekends and overtime.
• Able to constantly stand or walk.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to constantly work in cold and wet environment.
