Job Description: Backfill: Req 29050

Provide records coordination support for the process monitoring and Informatics team. Major responsibility includes tracking entry and verification of batch records across three manufacturing suites to ensure required data are completely and accurately captured in the Informatics database. Tracking, entry and verification of records. In addition, this role will provide assistance with compiling and verifying data from the systems to support GMP documentation.
Responsibilities include:
Track entry and verification of records to ensure completeness
Perform entry and verification of data to ensure accuracy of data
Assist with extracting, analyzing and summarizing data for GMP reports
Perform verification of data in GMP reports
Responsible for keeping training current

Notes:
Retrieve batch record information and upload into date reporting system.
this person will also need to verify the manufacturing team's entries to ensure data is accurate data entry, verify, ensure the entries are correct and complete.
must be able to retrieve data for GMP reporting.
GMP experience and working with GMP data is essential. must understand the regulations of GMP data and ensure everything is accurate.
MS suite experience, excel, word, pdoc, or other document tracking system.
Looking for someone reliable/professional. understands this will require someone to get up to speed and trained so want someone to stay, someone who is excited to be there, that is on time and present.
will work closely with one other team member so must work well with others but be able to self drive.
