Who You Are:

LUX Infusion is seeking a Full- time Medical Assistant in Anchorage, AK. Medical Assistant would work primarily with adults- peds experience a plus! You will contribute to outstanding patient experience by working with an Infusion Nurse to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care.

What You'll Do:

CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinical duties:
  • Take vitals
  • Enter medication list
  • Document history and reason for visit
  • Room patients
  • Clean and stock bays
  • Adhere to scope of practice of a medical assistant

• Administrative duties:
• Answering phones
• Scheduling patients
• Check-in patients
• Data entry
• Comply with HIPAA, state and federal laws
• Other duties as described by your supervisor

What You Bring:

• One year of clinical experience working as a medical assistant
• High School diploma or equivalent
