Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Duties: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Promote social skills, self-esteem, and positive behavior through effective classroom management techniques - Assess the developmental needs of each child and provide individualized instruction when necessary - Monitor and document children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational program - Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development - Utilize behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children - Familiarity with special education practices is a plus - CPR and First Aid certification is preferred We offer competitive pay based on qualifications and experience. Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
