Large commercial plaza seeking maintenance helper. Duties to include pressure washing, light plumbing, light electrical work, some carpentry and general maintenance items. Experience in all facets of maintenance. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail. Outstanding problem-solving abilities, good physical stamina, must be able to respond to after-hours emergencies. Must have reliable transportation, outstanding attendance record and references. Background check required.
Hourly rate commiserate with experience.
