Confidential is Hiring an Apartment Manager Near Yuma, AZ
This position is responsible for building maintenance, grounds maintenance and management of the facilities. We are looking for experienced applicants with 5 years' experience managing a multi-apartment complex. The ideal candidate would be preferred to live on-site (apartment provided with salary) and have knowledge of facilities with electrical equipment, grounds & building maintenance (handyman), IT/Computer skills, painting, carpentry, and plumbing. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and bilingual. Must be able to multitask, work independently, reliable and punctual. Must have a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include safely lifting and/or moving 50 lbs. and push a minimum of 100lbs., climbing, bend, sit, kneel, and extended walking in extreme environmental conditions including heat or cold. Apartment & benefits included and pay rate is based on experience.
