Job:HVAC Lead Installer (Full Time)
Pay:$20-$40 Per Hour DOE
Key Job Requirements & Additional Information:
- 1-5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred, including operation and startup knowledge.
- While EPA Certification is not mandatory, possessing it would be advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory.
- Candidates must present a neat and professional appearance and possess strong customer service and communication skills.
- They should be capable of providing directions, guiding less experienced team members, and effectively managing materials.
- A clean DMV record and reliable transportation, along with basic hand tools, are essential for the role.
- The ability to work in various conditions and locations, such as attics, roofs, and crawl spaces, is required.
- Candidates should expect occasional overtime and weekend work, along with physical demands such as walking, standing, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Completion of a physical, drug screen, lift test, and DOJ background check are part of the hiring process.
