As a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler (also known as Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor), you'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating proactive maintenance work. Your role will involve optimizing total maintenance cost and effort, maximizing workforce productivity, and ensuring quality work meets expectations. You'll evaluate non-emergency work requests, develop scopes of work, inspect job locations, estimate labor hours, and maintain an organized and prioritized work order backlog.
