Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. If you have a passion for culinary arts and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus in accordance with customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal availability
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Oversee catering events as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of food service management, restaurant management, and kitchen operations
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create innovative and appealing dishes
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
