Requirements for the ERP Specialist role:

• 2 years of experience in Infor CloudSuite / Syteline application support and/or development.
• Direct admin, support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or development in Infor.
• Infor Birst space development, advanced reporting, and dashboards is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities of ERP Specialist:

• Administer and support Infor Suite, including Factory Track, Syteline, Birst, and/or Rythm.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize the utilization of the Infor CloudSuite system.
• Lead business process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows, identifying enhancement areas, and implementing solutions within Infor CloudSuite.
• Collaborate with departments to determine optimal design and engage in Infor Birst development, creating data-driven dashboards.
• Assist department heads in creating and maintaining business process documentation, including workflows, configurations, and user guides.
