Transportation - Transportation Clerk I

Ecore International has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to become a 2nd shift Yard Jockey / Transportation Clerk I at our York location.
This position is responsible for performing the functions of jockeying trailers to and from the dock as well as loading and offloading raw material based on the plants needs.
Ensures all safety policies are followed including properly hooking tractors to the yard truck, placing and removing chocks, handling swing doors and being alert to other traffic in the yard.
Also includes the use of forklifts and skid loaders to safely load and off load material from vans and walking floors. Will need to learn how to operate the scale house to weigh in and out our trailers as well as vendor trailers to assure they are properly loaded and not overweight.
