**Join Our Team as a Full-Time Accountant at RSB and Associates, P.C.**
One of our clients is looking for a dedicated full-time accountant to become a part of their dynamic team! This is a direct hire, permanent position. If you're looking to work in a CPA office, this position is for you.
Schedule
(June-Aug) Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm - 33 hours total
(Normal Hours) Mon-Thurs, 8am-5pm; Fri 8am-4pm - 40 hours
Overtime available during tax season
Pay
$30-$35/hr DOE
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Payroll Processing & Payroll Taxes
- Preparing Financial Statements, Bookkeeping, and Bank Reconciliations
- 1099 Processing
- Sales Tax Filings
- Preparing annual business (partnership and corporate) and individual income tax returns
- Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local financial legal requirements
- Staying updated on changes in accounting/financial standards
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Associate degree in a related field
- Two years of public accounting experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Income Tax Return Preparation
- Familiarity with Creative Solutions (Thomson Reuters) software (a significant plus)
- Strong ability to meet deadlines
