Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong nursing administration skills and a deep understanding of medical terminology.

Duties, assist in the following areas:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Manage nursing staff and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee patient care plans and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing practices and outcomes
- Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management

Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Experience in nursing administration and leadership roles
- Familiarity with Medicare, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
- Background in various healthcare settings such as nursing homes, assisted living, or hospice care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and patients

Pay: $104,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
