Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
Skills:
- Experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes
- Proficiency in handling medical emergencies and administering medications
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to work with individuals with autism or other special needs
- Capability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in childcare is a plus
