We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bakery, including food production, customer service, team management, and ensuring high-quality baked goods. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery operations, including food production, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure all baked goods are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards
- Manage a team of bakers and bakery staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill catering orders and meet customer demands
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and new baking techniques to continuously improve bakery offerings

Experience:
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is required
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Proven experience in managing a team of culinary professionals
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food handling and safety regulations
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff members
