THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Strengthen organization competency in Continuous Improvement fundamentals and processes to engage and empower employees to effect positive change through continuous training, learning and application.
Build and maintain trust and credibility with employees at all levels demonstrating corporate values and principles.
Participates in Continuous Improvement training programs, Kaizen events and other Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Partners with the continuous improvement team in alignment with the goals and objectives of the site or function.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Bachelor's Degree with academic experience in Continuous Improvement for Manufacturing.
Minimum of three to one year of demonstrated successful implementation / execution in continuous improvement systems and tools with achieve results.
People engagement skills; Leads by example using leadership effectiveness (EI).
Acknowledges the changing business environment and is comfortable to change. An ability to persuade others through communication and fact based information. Effective change agent skills to help the organization meet goals and objectives.
Strong reading, writing, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Must possess strong computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and other windows based software.
