WHAT YOU’LL DO // ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- In this senior leadership role you will impact and ensure proper restaurant operations and profitability of the company by effectively leading and developing the operators.
- You will work collaboratively with each department to strategically plan and execute all initiatives impacting your restaurant.
- You will develop market specific strategies for the day to day operations of your restaurants with the goal of operational excellence, consistent adherence to brand standards, exceptional service and development of PLNT changemakers.
- You will be responsible for recruiting, training and properly onboarding all changemakers.
- You will act as a resource to provide expertise on guest experience, people management and PLNT Burger store operations.
- You will spend your time in the store contributing directly to its success.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of General Manager experience in fast food or fast casual environment
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to be on your feet and/or on the go for 4 hours continuously
- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
- Proficiency in google workspace, 7shifts and toast is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a startup restaurant environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
