Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Shift:  1p-9p Monday-Friday
Experience:
2 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in acute care
Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in acute care preferred.
Education:
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or PA program required.
MSN Required.
Licensures/Certifications:
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner OR Physican Assistant.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Require ACLS certification.
May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
