Responsibilities:
-Familiarity with Front Desk on operations is a Plus & Managing Social media
- Manage and maintain executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with personal tasks such as running errands and managing household matters
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide administrative support to the executive as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in using DocuSign for electronic document signing
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and meetings
- Experience in office management and performing clerical tasks
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial management tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
-Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
