🏡 What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring a smooth-running and resident-centric environment.
- Lead and motivate the on-site team, fostering a positive, productive work atmosphere built on the company's mission statement, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the property's operating budget, prioritizing cost-effectiveness while maintaining the physical asset and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Implement strategies to increase cash flow and achieve financial goals, all while balancing the budget.
- Ensure the property adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience with affordable housing programs and compliance: i.e. Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME, 811, Elderly, Family, etc
- A passion for building relationships and fostering a strong sense of community.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Budget management expertise and a keen eye for detail.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of fair housing laws and relevant regulations.
