Pathways Vermont Overview

Founded in January 2010, Pathways Vermont has housed over 200 chronically homeless individuals in Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, Washington and Windham counties. We are the first organization to bring the Housing First model to a rural setting. We are working with local and state providers as well as local communities to overcome the challenges that face providing housing first and mental health care in the state of Vermont. Pathways Vermont is the parent organization of The Wellness Co-op, a peer-run community center, The Vermont Warmline and the Soteria Development Project.
