Robert Half is Hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant Near Worcester, MA
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting solutions using Snowflake.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data models and visualizations.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Write clear and concise technical documentation for data models, reports, and processes.
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems to ensure high availability.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the Data Analytics space, including Snowflake.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience working with data warehouses and data analytics platforms (Snowflake experience a plus).
- Strong SQL scripting skills.
- Experience with data modeling, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and ETL/ELT processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
