Minimum of 7 years creative experience within Advertising/Marketing
Bachelors degree in Industrial/Graphic/Interactive Design, Fine arts or equivalent work experience required
Need expertise in Adobe Creative Suites applications
InDesign Required

Receives all the details of a weekly Ad (ex: Ad Blocks, pricing, copy, page criteria, theme ect...) and builds Version, Zone and Block information that meets all deadlines and conforms to all current Advertising standards. Indirectly responsible for Ad errors that can result in margin erosion, wasted expense in reprinting the error (when applicable), customer loss and retention, negative sales impact, customer service issues and pricing perception.

Work closely with the Circular Production manager and the circular team. Produce printed circular single sheets, VPMM printed copy for ad reviews, conversation of circular ads from digital to printed format, assist teams with versioning, ad corrections, and proofing. Support all other circular and marketing strategies, and ensure projects meet business and goals. Develop and maintain partnerships with internal partners.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years creative experience within Advertising/Marketing Bachelors degree in Industrial/Graphic/Interactive Design, Fine arts or equivalent work experience required Deep understanding and experience in graphic design disciplines including layout, color and typography Able to understand and incorporate type, color, printing, production and visual brand communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills can clearly communicate design decisions and conceptual themes Excellent team player able to work with cross-functional teams Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Able to understand marketing and functional requirements documentation

Education:

Bachelors degree in Industrial/Graphic/Interactive Design, Fine arts or equivalent work experience required Minimum verifiable High School diploma or GED required
