Join our team with or without prior experience. Greet patients and their families with courtesy and professionalism during the registration process. Obtains, Processes, and distributes accurate information necessary to comply with hospital, physician and government regulations and procedures. Obtain consent for treatment from patients or their legal representative and inform them of what they are signing. Obtain and verify accurate insurance information using automated eligibility software and websites, for inpatients, outpatients, emergencies and non-patient registrations. Explain payment options available and refer to patient financial counselor if necessary. Collects and processes patient payments during registration or at the welcome desk.
