NOW CFO is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting activities and help us find the best talent for our organization. The Junior Recruiter will assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, client communication and maintaining our candidate database.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and software is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure information is up to date.
- Consistently communicate with the client about the progress on their open roles.
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.
