Andrew Wommack Ministries Inc is Hiring a Deskside Support Technician Near Woodland, CO
Essential Duties
- Provide IT support to Executive level staff
- Work on special projects with IT Operations Team
- Help support technicians in a team environment
- Document processes for training purposes as well as knowledgebase
- Monitor and respond effectively to support requests received through the IT ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software problems
- Identify and recommend hardware/software products in relation to required specifications
- Provide IT support to various departments during conferences/events at Charis in Woodland Park
- Other tasks as needed
- Ability to effectively handle a wide variety of duties with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven organization and documentation abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service disposition
- Willingness and ability to lift and/or move equipment/boxes up to 50lbs
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign Statement of Faith.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- 4 years of Deskside Support experience.
- A /Network /Microsoft/Apple certification is preferred.
- Must pass all required checks
- Microsoft Windows 8, 10, and 11 support experience
- Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365 support experience
- Mac OSX and iOS support experience
- SharePoint online experience a plus
- Phone System experience a plus
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
