Experience with database management and related tools is a strong plus.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented and always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve. The individual in this role will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues involving order fulfillment operational compliance and inventory optimization.
RequirementsCore Responsibilities
- Oversee team of analysts responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations related to inventory and order flow
- Develop strategy to improve efficiency in hold management
- Expert in technical and operational flows identifying root causes and develop action plan to address issues
- Support the development and continuous improvement of standards along with implementation and improvements of systems.
- Represent team on calls with cross-functional partners
- Lead Peak Planning and Management
- Responsible for hitting MTD SHIP goals and maintaining SLA
- BA/BS degree preferably in logistics or business from a US College
- 5 years experience preferably in Supply Chain
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Advanced experience in Microsoft excel
- Direct experience with regular interaction/management an understanding of relational database concepts the ability to merge and transfer files resulting in the creation of reports from multiple sources
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to derive and articulate insights and actionable recommendations from data analysis
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects independently simultaneously and with strong attention to detail
- Strong critical and analytical thinking
- Strong problem solving
- Experience leading a team of 2
