Summary

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual for the position of Resident Property Manager. The manager pays close attention to details and has strong computer skills. He/she aggressively contributes to the success and profitability of the company by developing and maintaining relationships with our tenants with an outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills. No previous experience necessary. We will train. Onsite studio apartment housing is also included with this position.

Responsibilities and duties

· Open office on time, and insures that office is clean, organized and well run.

· Performs all ‘Daily Tasks’ using our storage management software.

· Manage customer accounts.

· Show and Rent storage units to customers.

· Perform general cleaning of vacated units, by completing provided checklist in a timely manner.

· Perform daily property checks to insure the site is clean and accessible.

· Takes payments from customers, either in person or over the phone.

· Make timely collection calls on all past due accounts.

· Sell and maintain inventory of retail items. I.E. Locks and boxes.

· Prepare bank deposits and all supporting reports and related paperwork.

· Keeps a routine eye on maintenance. Maintaining monthly maintenance report and report immediate needs as they come up.

Required Skills

· Ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Maintain highest level of customer service at all times.

· Solid judgement and decision making skills. Good common sense.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Computer Skills a must.

· Light to moderate physical demands in regards to the unit and site cleaning.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Saturdays, 9:00am to noon. No office hours on Saturdays. By appointment only. This is a full time position, 40 hours total.

Hourly Wage: Negotialble.

6 Paid Holidays. New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Vacation time, after first full year.

Education Requirement:

· High School or equivalent.

Required Experience:

· None. Position includes training.

· Basic computer skills a must.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office using Excel and Word.

Required License or Certification:

· Driver’s License, with reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
