This is the perfect job for a highly-motivated high school or college student or recent graduate looking for experience in an adaptive, challenging business environment. We are seeking a self-starting, organized, and pleasant young professional to assist with our administrative functions within the Corporation.
Hours and days are flexible. Students may apply for work after school and during the summers. New mothers seeking to return to the workforce part time and those with ambition who want to learn more can apply. We are a small, entrepreneurial commercial real estate firm overseeing a range of property types in and around Boston. Our business includes property management, marketing, leasing, tenant relations, civic engagement, accounting, and more. With this, your role would require you to be flexible, quick-thinking, collaborative, and ready to help across our departments. Experience in the aforementioned is not required, but those professional qualities are. Must be able to work for at least one year.
Responsibilities include: filing, database entry, creating and utilizing binders, tabs, and office organization methods, strong communication, scheduling/calendar management, and day-to-day tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
