Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls, updating customers, scheduling future service, reaching out to customers for various reasons. Outstanding customer service, multi- tasking skills, and follow-through are a must.

Responsibilities -

• Manage all Inbound Phone &Internet inquiries in a timely manner and generate quality service traffic for our Woburn Toyota store.
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
• Build strong customer relationships, maintain customer loyalty and positive reviews.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals set by management.
• Communicate effectively and work in close partnership with Management and Service Advisors to recommend/promote services.
• Contribute to overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll up your sleeves attitude to drive maximum results.
• Attend all dealership training/meetings to ensure strong growth and consistently high individual & team performance.
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs/priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.
• Complete follow up calls after service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain excellent survey scores.

Qualifications -

• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective time management
• Able to multi-task when needed
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check with screening
• Driver’s license
