Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point and Black River Falls areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Create and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate job offers with candidates
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and succession planning strategies
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
