Duties:

• Greet, welcome, and work with drivers, vendors and customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer main office phone
• Process weekly company/owner operator driver envelopes accurately and in a timely matter
• Invoice orders
• Upload invoices in customer portals
• Accurately perform data entry tasks
• Daily fuel reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a front office setting
• Experience in invoicing/billing or a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using Excel and Word
• Samsara and McLeod experience preferred but not required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
