Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for the Spa Receptionist position. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the attentive, friendly, efficient, courteous, and effective daily operations of the Spa by greeting guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services, bookings, and charges. Additionally, you will provide all guests with exceptional service prior to and through their stay, while maximizing spa revenue.
Looking for something part time and flexible? The hours of this role are part time Monday-Friday 5pm-7pm, Saturday & Sundays. Hours can be flexible depending on the needs of the department.
