Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and introduction of new products.
- Develop, execute, and monitor project plans for successful completion of projects.
- Conduct and manage cost/benefit analyses for proposed projects.
- Manage project scope and resources to ensure deliverables are met.
- Resolve technical and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and other staff.
- Develop and maintain technical documents and reports.
- Keep abreast of trends and advances in product development.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in new product development.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice-to-have Skills: PMP certification, hydraulic systems, lift truck, heavy machinery.
