We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and experience in warehouse management.
```Duties:```
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and accessories
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Oversee the ordering process, including tracking orders and resolving any issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ability to checkin items for repair and check out items repaired
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and transactions
```Qualifications:```
- Strong mechanical knowledge, preferably in the small engine industry
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar systems
- Knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and their applications
- Understanding of small engine repair and service processes
- Proficient in using order management systems and software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
