Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for networking with outside companies/practices to generate new patients. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Establish relationships with outside companies
• Conduct presentations, community events, and office functions/meet and greets
• Distribute marketing materials and treats for the staff to generate new referrals
• Track pertinent information in regards to each company visited through the marketing database, including referral conversion rates
• Purchase and track marketing materials for planned events and mileage, while staying within budget
• Submit all receipts to management
• Coordinate with management team to ensure accurate representation of services in outreach materials
• Monitor and analyze outreach metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outreach and marketing

Experience:

- Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or related field

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms

- Experience in face to face marketing

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and project management abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
