Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the execution of a Phase 1 (and potentially future phases of) Parkinson's clinical trial and research activities. Our company is a cutting-edge medical device that can assist witht he reduction of tremors in these patients. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate clinical trials from initiation to completion
- Conduct EMS sessions with patients using kinesthetic knowledge
- Supervise clinical site activities to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory standards
- Conduct patient monitoring and data collection during trials
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of trial progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university
- Experience in clinical settings (whether in schooling or in the field)
- Previous experience working with special populations in a physical movement-based environment
- Familiarity with GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data collection and protocol adherence
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in supervising clinical research projects
- Previous experience in clinical research and trials management
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in clinical research
- Experience with patient monitoring techniques
- Kinesiology background and/or fitness training certification
