We are looking for a Director, Talent Development
SENIORITY LEVEL: Senior Level
FUNCTION: Human Resources
LOCATION: Winston Salem, NC
This position will create and implement an innovative learning & development framework that optimizes RAI’s robust culture and drives business results. This role ensures that development is fit for purpose at across all levels of the company. The Director will lead and develop its own team of employees and handle outside vendors and resources. This Director must be forward thinking and have the ability to expeditiously execute sophisticated projects and programs. The successful candidate must be able to generate positive outcomes by building partnerships across the organization that set shared expectation and integrate various points of view.
Reporting Level: 4 Direct Reports, Team of 7.
