Compass Health Network is Hiring a Transportation Coordinator Near Windsor, MO
Responsibilities
- Safely transport consumers on an as-needed basis, including nights and weekends
- Drive within posted speed limits and ensure passengers wear seatbelts
- Follow safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies
- Participate in team environment, acting as a preceptor and educator to new staff
- Attend 20 or more hours of continuing education annually, pass required classes such as CALM and CPR
- Report and schedule vehicle maintenance needs, emergency breakdowns, and accidents as per company policy
- Complete vehicle inspection logs (Clubhouse only)
- Promote Quality Improvement to the hospital (Royal Oaks Hospital only)
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, Federal, State, and TJC standards and regulations (Royal Oaks Hospital only)
- High School/GED preferred
- Valid Class E Missouri driver's license or ability to obtain after 90 days
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle stress effectively
- At least one year experience in customer service or mental health-related field preferred
