What You Will Be Doing
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. You will be in charge of coordinating and scheduling projects, communicating with subcontractors, managing budgets, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and on budget.
What You Need for this Position
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in Ground Up, Pre-engineered Construction, and Retail Construction. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You must also have experience with safety protocols and budget management.
What's In It for You
This role pays between $90,000 - $120,000 Annually. In addition to salary, we offer Vacation/PTO Federal Holidays 21 days of PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Bonus performance based and 401k.
