What You Will Do:

While continuing to hone your craft and build your leadership skills, you will

  • Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
  • Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites
  • Independently start and manage projects
  • Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
  • Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

What You Will Bring:

In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will

  • Have 6 years’ experience managing high dollar projects and large teams
  • Current Foremen II and III will have 2-4 years of supervisory experience respectively
  • Experience utilizing prefabrication
  • Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
  • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
  • Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
  • Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
