Columbine Commons Health and Rehab is located at 1325 Main Street Windsor, Colorado and offers furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care / hospice care.
What We Offer
Starting wages $19.00 - $30.00 / hr. base pay based on years of experience, plus shift differentials!
- Evening differential $2.00
- Overnight differential $3.00
- Weekend shift differential $2.00

Work Schedule
- Full-time, Part-time or PRN shifts
- Days : 6am-2 : 30pm, Eves : 2pm-10 : 30pm, Overnights : 10pm-6 : 30am
- 4 hour, 8 hour, and 12 hour shifts available.
- Holiday schedule - Time and a half paid.
Qualifications
- Licensed CNA in accordance with the laws of the Colorado State Board of Nursing.
- 17 years of age or older.
