- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant professional certification preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance or Operations Manager with a proven track record of strategic leadership.
- Proficiency in data analysis, using metrics to inform decision making and drive efficiency improvements.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
